“Optimism vs. Pessimism – It’s All About Attitude”
Attitudes are habits of thoughts that govern the way you relate to people and situations. You develop attitudes over time as you form opinions about how things should be, how people should act, and how various situations should be handled. Attitudes and results are linked by the natural laws of cause and effect. What you think about a situation will determine your attitude toward it; your attitude prompts you to behave in a certain way; and your behavior dictates the results you get. In other words, if you think you can – you will, and if you think you can’t – you won’t.
Many people have had negative habits of thought for so long that they find it hard to be optimistic. This shift in mindset requires a drastic attitude overhaul.
