| A representative of Americans Honoring Americans, a group working to make life a bit easier for our injured Vets in Walter Reed Hospital, contaced Jean. AHA donates quilts and takes Vets on excursions; such as, a Nascar Race with a visit to pit row, and then prepare a DVD of the day for the Vets. This is similar to the Make A Wish Foundation — the vets choose where they want to go.They have a good supply of lap quilts but need twin size quilts. Is anyone interested in making a twin size quilt? Those who donate a quilt will be able to go with them to Walter Reed to deliver the quilts.
