Congratulations to all of the First State Chapter members for a job well done! The results from our DE-MD-DC Divisional Annual Meeting, held on 5/15-16/09 at the Sheraton in Dover are in!
First State Chapter
1st place – Leadership Award (49 members or less)
1st place – Participation Award (49 members or less)
1st place – Community Service Award (49 members or less)
2nd place – Professional Development Award (49 members or less)
There are 13 chapters in the 49 members or less category and this is an amazing honor. I was so proud to receive these awards on your behalf. Thanks to all of you for all of your hard work all through the year! I will bring the awards for all to see at the June meeting.
Thanks once again for an amazing annual meeting and many thanks to all of you that attended, worked and supported this project all year long! It could not have been accomplished without each and every one of you! A special thanks to meeting co-coordinators Karen Garrison CAP and Deb Turner CPS/CAP who kept us all focused and on track!

First, Megan and I both would like to thank you for the invitation to the dinner event this past Saturday. The food, the company, everything was really very nice. We had a good time.
I have downloaded the photos that I took that evening and created an online web gallery that you are free to browse. I’ll keep the gallery online till your next years event. You notice that I have arranged to provide digital and or photo prints of any of the photos that I took that evening for a minimal fee. Again, the gallery is free to view and will stay online for the next year. No one has to buy anything to visit the gallery and browse the photos.
